Technohop Project

Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Science and Technology conducts "student support programs responding to new social needs" as part of the university reform promotion project. This year our "Technoshop Project" was selected. The aim of this project is to create opportunity in which the students create and manage their business, in view of the fact that they might become not only an employee but also an entrepreneur in the future. This experience will help them understand how economy works and what type of person is required in society.

In 2007, two pseudo-companies were set up.
★ URECO represented by Akimasa Uchikata (Electrical Engineering and Information Science) produces ecology bags for environmental protection and market activation.
★ URACE represented by Hiroaki Kurihara and Takuya Oshita ( Electrical Engineering and Information Science) provides advertising information service focused mainly in Kure.
